About Akool
Akool is a cloud video and image generation platform organized around swapping, avatars and generative models. Users generate clips from text or images, replace a face, character, head, hair, clothing or motion in existing footage, animate a talking photo, translate a video into another language, and build talking or streaming avatars that respond to viewers in real time. A voice lab supplies text to speech, voice cloning and a voice changer.
It targets marketing teams, ecommerce sellers, social creators and developers. The platform routes work to third party models including Seedance 2.5, Wan 3.0, Kling, Sora and Google Veo, and exposes its tools through an OpenAPI interface and an MCP CLI so agents and applications can call them programmatically. The company is headquartered in Palo Alto, California.
