Replit is an AI app and website builder that takes a project from a plain language description to a published, running product inside one browser workspace. Replit Agent writes production ready code, evolves it as requirements change and, in the company's words, stays out of your way. The workspace covers websites, mobile apps, designs, slides, animations, data visualizations, 3D games, documents and spreadsheets. It is aimed at founders, product teams, operators and developers who want to skip infrastructure setup. Built in services with zero setup include databases, authentication and deployments, so an app is scalable and secure from day one. More than 100 integrations connect to OpenAI, Stripe, Google Workspace and other services in minutes. Paid tiers add Plan mode for scoping work before code is written, parallel agents, collaborator and viewer seats and database rollback of up to 28 days. Enterprise adds SSO and SAML, custom seat limits, advanced privacy controls, single tenant environments and static outbound IPs. Replit publishes three plans in US dollars. Core is $20 per month, or $18 per month billed annually, and includes AI integrations, up to 30 hours of chat and up to 60 projects on Free Mode, $20 of monthly usage toward the most powerful models, Plan mode and unlimited workspaces. Pro is $100 per month, or $90 per month billed annually, with 10 parallel agents, more Free Mode usage, $100 toward the most powerful models, up to 15 collaborators, up to 50 viewers, premium support and 28 day database rollback. Enterprise is custom priced.
