This page states plainly how reviews, verification, refunds and payments work on AI Registry, and what we do not do.

Review Integrity

Every review on AI Registry is written by a signed-in user. Each user can review a tool once. Reviews tied to a purchase made through AI Registry carry a Verified Purchase badge; other reviews do not.

AI Registry does not write, generate, seed or purchase reviews, and does not inflate view or click counts. Vendors cannot edit or remove reviews. If a review breaks our rules, we remove it and record why.

Listing Status

Each listing shows one of three statuses so you know who maintains it.

Listed

• Imported from a public source or submitted by a vendor
• Checked by AI Registry before going live
• Not yet claimed by the vendor

Verified

• Vendor proved ownership of the product domain
• Vendor can edit the listing and reply to reviews
• Listing details maintained by the vendor

Trusted

• All Verified requirements
• Sales completed through AI Registry with the refund period passed
• No unresolved disputes

Buyer Protection

Most tools on AI Registry link out to the vendor, and your purchase happens there under the vendor's terms. The protections below apply to purchases made through AI Registry itself.

Held Payouts

• Not solicit, buy or write reviews of their own products
• Not misrepresent pricing, features or affiliations

Who writes the reviews on AI Registry?+

Why do most tools have no reviews?+

Because nobody has reviewed them yet. We list thousands of tools and only show reviews real users have written. We would rather show an empty review section than a fabricated one.

How does the 14-day guarantee work?+

It applies to purchases made through AI Registry. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Seller payouts are held until the guarantee period has passed.

Is my payment information secure?+

Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. AI Registry never stores your full card details.

How do I report a problem?+

Can sellers influence their ratings?+

No. Sellers cannot remove or edit reviews. They can reply publicly, and those replies are shown as coming from the seller.
