CaseGuard Studio is desktop redaction software that removes personally identifiable and protected health information from video, audio, documents and images. Files are added, AI detects and masks faces, license plates, screens, badges, names and voices, and a reviewer checks the result before exporting redacted copies with audit trails and exemption logs. Processing runs on local machines rather than in the cloud. It is built for law enforcement, legal teams, school districts, records officers and any group handling public records or discovery requests under FOIA, FERPA, GDPR and HIPAA rules. Beyond redaction it transcribes audio with speaker identification, translates into more than 100 languages, generates closed captions and anonymizes voices. More than 30 investigation and enhancement tools sharpen footage, clarify plates and detect tattoos. Supported inputs run to 750 formats or more, with object tracking, template redaction, batch processing across file types, team collaboration and outside integrations in the higher tiers. Pricing is published per user and billed annually. Doc Suite is $279 per user per month and covers unlimited document and image redaction, unlimited optical character recognition and email formats. Media Suite is $299 per user per month for unlimited video and audio redaction with transcription and translation. Ultimate Suite is $379 per user per month and adds high volume batch processing across all file types, collaboration, outside integrations and priority support. Enterprise pricing is custom, starts at ten seats and adds role and permission management, workspace rules and on site training. Cloud AI hours are deducted at $5 per hour. A managed redaction service is also offered, priced on request.
