About Aidoc
Aidoc is a clinical AI company whose software analyzes medical imaging and other clinical data to flag findings, prioritize cases and notify the right care team. It is best known for radiology algorithms that detect time critical conditions such as pulmonary embolism and stroke on CT scans and push them to the top of a radiologist's worklist, but the portfolio now extends to cardiology (coronary artery disease and echocardiography), neurovascular (stroke, brain aneurysm and spine) and vascular (venous thromboembolism and aortic disease) programs that follow the patient after the scan.
The buyer is a hospital or health system rather than an individual clinician. Everything runs on aiOS, Aidoc's enterprise platform, which the company describes as the way to run, orchestrate and govern clinical AI across a health system: it integrates once with PACS, the EHR, mobile and care coordination tools, runs multiple algorithms against a single scan, and adds governance features such as validation, drift detection, override tracking and analytics. The platform also hosts partner and homegrown algorithms alongside Aidoc's own FDA cleared models, and the company positions its CARE foundation model as the next generation of that stack.
Aidoc does not publish pricing. Deployments are scoped and contracted per health system, and the website directs prospects to a demo request.
The company reports strategic alliances with NVIDIA and AWS, and its published outcome claims, such as faster notification for pulmonary embolism patients and shorter door to puncture times in stroke, come from customer deployments and should be read as such.
