About Freeletics
Freeletics is a mobile training app built around an adaptive coaching engine that writes and rewrites a workout plan for one person rather than handing out a fixed program. You set a goal, the days and times you can train, the equipment available and where you will be, and the coach assembles sessions to match.
It covers high intensity interval work, bodyweight calisthenics, gym and weights training, running and cardio, strength blocks and weight loss plans, so it suits both people training at home without equipment and those with full gym access. More than seven hundred exercises feed the plans, and the coach adjusts when circumstances change: fewer available days this week, a different location, a thirty day challenge or a focus on one area of the body. The vendor publishes separate guides for functional training, progressive overload, fat loss and bodyweight work. Apps are available for iOS and Android.
Freeletics does not publish prices on its public website. The coach signup page is reached only after an onboarding questionnaire about goals and fitness level, and it renders its contents with JavaScript rather than listing amounts in the page itself, so no plan names or figures are readable without starting the flow. Neither structured data nor the embedded page payload exposes a price. Anyone comparing costs has to complete signup or check the App Store and Google Play listings, where the recurring charge for coach access is disclosed.
