About Letterdrop
Letterdrop is a competitor intent platform for B2B revenue teams. Its main product, Competitor Signal, monitors competitors live and surfaces named prospects who are in active sales cycles with those competitors, along with past customers who have joined companies in the buyer's target profile and buyers who publicly ask for vendor recommendations. Each signal arrives with drafted outreach and is delivered to the CRM.
It is aimed at sales and marketing leaders at companies that lose deals to sales led competitors and want pipeline they did not have to source. Every signal carries a confidence score, and daily signals sync to Salesforce and HubSpot as well as Outreach, Apollo and Clay, with email and phone contact data and webhook delivery for other tools. Marketing teams can use the same signals to narrow ad spend to in market accounts. Onboarding is dedicated and takes roughly ten days to go live, and the company holds SOC 2 Type II. Letterdrop states plainly that it is not a fit for product led companies with no outbound motion, for sellers whose top competitors together employ fewer than 30 sales reps, or for teams that cannot win head to head evaluations.
Pricing is custom and usage based, scaling with the combined sales headcount of the competitors tracked rather than with seats. Contracts are annual only, with no monthly option, and begin with a 30 day pilot. An exact figure is given on a scoping call, and enterprise scope with a custom DPA, security review and dedicated CSM is priced separately.
The site still carries role pages for content marketers and inbound content, but the product and pricing now centre entirely on competitor intent.
