Maverick is an AI platform for ecommerce email marketing, with tools for inbox placement and for personalized video. It integrates with Klaviyo, and the site lists Omnisend, ActiveCampaign and HubSpot among the CRMs it commonly works with. The Inbox Placement Optimizer aims to land campaign and flow emails in the Primary inbox instead of the Promotions tab, with ongoing variation testing, automatic traffic allocation based on performance, a dashboard and done for you setup. The AI Personalized Videos product lets a merchant record a base video, such as a thank you or abandoned cart message, and then read a roughly 15 minute script so the system can capture the merchant's voice. When the CRM signals an event, Maverick generates a personalized version for each customer and sends it through the merchant's email or SMS tool. It is aimed at ecommerce stores and the agencies that serve them. Pricing for personalized videos starts with a Starter plan at $300 per month, covering up to 5,000 monthly video sends and 2 video flows, with additional flows at $100 per month. The Pro plan, for 5,001 or more sends, adds SMS delivery, custom CRM integrations and API access, and is custom priced through a demo. The Optimizer is custom priced, billed month to month, and the site lists a 30 day free trial.
