PitchMonster is an AI sales training platform in which reps rehearse conversations with simulated buyers before they speak to real prospects. The AI buyer adapts to the rep's approach, raises objections and behaves according to a configured ideal customer profile, with practice available over simulated phone calls, screen shares and face to face avatar sessions in 29 languages. Alongside role plays, the platform analyzes recorded live sales calls to identify performance gaps and provides an AI coach that delivers feedback after each session. It is designed for sales enablement leaders and managers onboarding new hires, lifting low performers and certifying experienced reps, and the vendor also positions it for customer success, support, recruiting and channel partner teams. Managers build role plays from transcripts, documents or recordings, apply custom scorecards and playbooks, set difficulty levels and track results through certifications, leaderboards and analytics. Integrations cover Salesforce, Gong, LMS platforms and webhooks. Enterprise deployments get SSO, encryption, GDPR compliance with European data residency and a 99 percent uptime SLA. Pricing is quote based. Two packages are offered: AI Role plays, intended for onboarding and enablement certification, and AI Role plays plus AI Analysis and AI Coach, which adds call analysis, coaching conversations, speech coaching and the Gong and LMS integrations. Both are priced per seat with volume discounts, seats can be swapped between reps at no extra cost, standard contracts run 12 months with 3 and 6 month options, and onboarding and integrations are included. Custom terms apply above 500 reps.
