VXT is a phone system and AI meeting notetaker built for law firms. It records and transcribes calls and meetings, writes a file note and saves it to the firm's practice management system, drafts the follow up email, and creates a time entry so that billable minutes spent on the phone are captured rather than reconstructed at the end of the day. It suits lawyers and legal operations teams who lose billable time to administration. The product comes in two parts. Phone provides a cloud phone system with SMS and MMS, call recording, call routing, contact syncing and AI notes from every call. Meet is an AI notetaker for in person and virtual meetings with unlimited recording duration, unlimited storage and a 15 participant limit. Both connect to more than two dozen legal practice management systems and include an analytics dashboard, email drafting and automatic time recording. Pricing is published per user. Phone costs $45 per user per month and Meet costs $45 per user per month, with annual billing offered at a lower rate. Phone numbers cost $5 per month each, domestic calling is unlimited, and international calling and SMS rates are available from sales. There is no minimum seat count.
