About Asseti
Asseti is an asset and facility management platform for owners of large property and infrastructure portfolios. It replaces PDF condition reports, spreadsheets and manual review of aerial imagery with a centralized register of assets and components whose condition is tracked automatically. The company positions the result as proactive monitoring: defects, degradation and budget risks surface before a site visit rather than after one.
The cycle runs in three stages. Asseti arranges a licensed drone operator to capture each site and builds a high resolution digital replica in 2D and 3D, together with site boundaries, asset identification and componentization. The imagery is then processed through an automated condition assessment reviewed by trained specialists, producing component schedules, a schedule of defects, deflection analysis, damage analysis with repair estimates and risk categorization, and degradation monitoring over the asset lifecycle. Findings feed a work order pipeline with issue prioritization, in application communication, view only links for contractors and visitors, and an API for pushing records into third party ERP systems. The company also markets a broader layer with customizable workflows and smart logic templates.
Pricing is quote based. The vendor publishes a model rather than figures: a fixed rate per square foot or per square meter, scaling with the space managed, with all features covered by that rate including condition tracking, predictive maintenance and 3D modeling. Buyers book a demo to receive a number.
One structural point matters when comparing it with software only tools. The subscription includes field data capture organized by Asseti, recaptured annually or more often as needed, so part of what you buy is a recurring survey service rather than a product you operate alone.
