About Brix
Brix is an AI hiring platform focused on applied AI talent, meaning the engineers, forward deployed specialists and domain experts that companies need to build products on top of AI models. Rather than starting from a job title, its Hiring Manager Agent starts from the business problem, maps the capabilities the role actually needs, searches a large pool of talent profiles for matches, and coordinates with recruitment partners until a placement closes.
It serves companies assembling applied AI teams and the recruiters, agencies and talent partners who fill those roles. A second agent, the Closer Agent, supports the recruiter side: it takes in requirements, matches candidates and manages follow ups. Around the agents Brix offers prebuilt hiring plans with market benchmarking, a network of talent partners for outreach, and global employment infrastructure that covers employer of record services, payroll and compliance in more than 120 countries, so a company can hire a candidate abroad without setting up an entity. Complementary services include global team building and human data labeling for AI projects. The hiring manager product runs as a separate web application reached from the main site.
Brix does not publish pricing. There is no pricing page, and companies are asked to book a demo, so fees for placements, agents and employment services are quote based.
The platform is specifically scoped to AI roles rather than general recruiting, which makes it a fit for teams hiring for model integration and deployment work and a poor fit for broader hiring needs.
