About Castmagic
Castmagic turns recorded audio and video into written and visual content. Upload a file or paste a link and it returns a speaker labelled, timestamped transcript, then drafts assets from that transcript: show notes, summaries, highlights, quotes, blog articles, newsletter editions, LinkedIn posts, tweets, YouTube scripts, meeting recaps and image carousels. A studio module cuts captioned vertical clips and audiograms from the best moments of the same recording.
It is aimed at podcasters, content teams, agencies and marketers who record far more than they publish. Spaces organize recordings by project, recurring prompts queue the same set of outputs for every new episode, and a podcast autopilot imports and drafts from an RSS feed automatically. A chat feature answers questions across a chosen set of recordings, and an audience chatbot can be embedded on a website to answer from published episodes and capture leads. Transcription covers more than 60 languages, integrations include Zoom, Google Drive, Zapier, RSS and import from YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, and API access is available from the second tier upward.
Three self serve plans are published on annual billing, with a monthly option also offered. Hobby is $19 per month billed annually, listed at $239 per year, and covers 30 transcribed hours in the library, up to three spaces, 50 GB of storage and three seats. Starter is $48 per month billed annually, listed at $579 per year, for 100 hours, ten spaces, 250 GB, five seats and API access. Team is $139 per month billed annually, listed at $1,669 per year, for 400 hours, 25 spaces, 1 TB and five included seats, with extra seats at $159 per year or $19 per month. A Business and Scale tier starts from $699 per month.
