Cody Convert engages website visitors proactively to drive conversions. Cody Clear provides compliance controlled responses for regulated industries. Cody Live puts an avatar based assistant in front of attendees at events. It suits operations, HR, IT, support, sales, legal, finance and marketing teams that want an assistant scoped to their own knowledge rather than a general chatbot. Retrieval is permission scoped by user role, every interaction is logged with exportable audit trails, and agents can take multi step actions with configurable approvals. The platform is model agnostic and deploys in the cloud, a private cloud, hybrid or on premises. Content sources include PowerPoint, PDF and Word files, and channels include a website widget, Slack, Discord, Zapier and an API. Cody Assist pricing is published monthly. A Free plan gives 100 credits a month, 100 documents and one website widget. Basic is $29 per month for 2,500 credits, three team members, 1,000 documents and a lighter OpenAI model. Premium is $99 per month for 10,000 credits, ten team members, 10,000 documents, 10,000 website pages across three synced sites, and access to OpenAI's flagship model and Claude 4 Sonnet. Advanced is $249 per month for 25,000 credits, 30 team members and 25,000 website pages across nine sites. Cody Convert is priced at $299 per month for Growth (300 conversations, one website) and $749 per month for Scale (1,000 conversations, three websites, audience rules, CRM handoff and priority support), with Enterprise custom.
