Fireflies.ai is a meeting assistant that records, transcribes, summarizes and searches conversations across a team's calls. A note taker bot can be invited to a live meeting or set to join calendar meetings automatically, and capture is also available through a Chrome extension for Google Meet, desktop and mobile apps, dialer integrations, an API, and uploaded audio and video files in formats such as MP3, MP4, WAV and M4A. It is aimed at teams in sales, recruiting, marketing, user research, engineering, finance and similar functions that want a searchable record of what was said. Transcription covers more than 100 languages with speaker recognition and automatic language detection. After each meeting it produces overviews, bullet points, action items and custom notes. AskFred answers questions about past meetings, Live Assist offers suggestions during a call, and conversation intelligence adds talk time, sentiment analysis and topic trackers. The platform also offers more than 200 AI Skills for tasks such as follow up emails, a task manager, contacts, and an MCP connection for meeting data. A separate dictation product called Fireflies Talk is advertised as free. The Free plan costs $0 and includes unlimited transcription, limited AI summaries, 400 minutes of storage per team and 20 AI credits. Pro is $10 per seat per month billed annually, Business is $19 per seat per month billed annually, and Enterprise is $39 per seat per month, offered on annual billing only. Higher tiers add video recording, conversation intelligence, team analytics, SSO and SCIM, audit logs, HIPAA compliance and private storage.
