Team features include global search across the organization, playlists, comments, folders and keyword alerts; the Business tier adds CRM field sync, a Deal View, coaching metrics, AI scorecards and custom summary templates. Free costs $0 with unlimited recordings and transcription, instant summaries, clips, playlists and search. Premium is $20 per month, or $16 per month billed annually, and adds advanced summaries, AI action items, the conversational assistant and a custom meeting bot. Team plans require at least two users: Team is $19 per user per month ($15 annually) and Business is $34 per user per month ($25 annually). Enterprise pricing is by sales contact and adds SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom data retention and a dedicated success manager. All plans carry a 90 day guarantee.
