Freed is an AI medical scribe for independent clinics. It listens to the patient visit and writes the clinical note, then extends into the rest of the documentation burden: answering clinical questions with citations, suggesting billing codes, drafting patient instructions and letters, and pushing the finished note into the practice's electronic health record. A separate AI receptionist product answers calls the front desk cannot take, during lunch, after hours or at times of overflow. The target is small and community practices rather than large health systems, and the vendor is explicit about that focus. Notes start from templates built by practicing clinicians and the system learns an individual's writing style from edits, with dictation and saved phrases for repeated content. Clinical Evidence returns cited answers drawn from more than 50 sources in the context of the patient at hand. The coding assistant suggests diagnosis and procedure codes at the highest level the documentation supports. Visits can be recorded in over 90 languages with notes produced in English, and patient instructions can be sent in the language the patient reads at home. Setup is designed to take minutes, with template updates and a clinic knowledge base handled in the app. Four tiers are published. Starter is $59 a month, or $39 a month on annual billing, for one clinician with up to 40 notes a month. Core adds unlimited notes, an instant template builder and Clinical Evidence, and the pricing page shows $59 and $79 across its monthly and annual toggles, which is worth confirming before purchase. Premier is $119 a month, or $104 a month annually, and adds visit summaries, patient instructions and referral letters, EHR push, dictation and coding. Groups is quoted individually and adds medical assistant seats, note sharing, single sign on, admin dashboards and a dedicated account manager. A seven day trial requires no credit card, and Core is free for residents, students and trainees.
