GovDash

GovDash is an AI platform for government contractors, sold under the product name Dash. It covers the full business development cycle: finding opportunities, building capture plans, writing compliant proposals, pricing bids and administering the resulting contracts. Rather than sitting beside a contractor's existing tools, it works inside Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Teams, Slack and SharePoint, with more than twenty further integrations. It is aimed at contractors of any size that pursue federal, state and local work. Opportunity search spans SAM.gov, PIEE, SLED sources and eBuy in one interface and ranks results against past performance. Capture tools generate win themes and capability assessments, then produce compliance matrices, proposal outlines and drafted sections grounded in the company's own history. A customizable CRM tracks pipeline stages, contract wins, modifications, CPARS ratings and periods of performance. The pricing module converts a solicitation into labor categories and a work breakdown and produces defensible cost estimates. A knowledge base centralizes people, resumes and past performance and syncs with SharePoint, and AI agents run recurring jobs such as scouting opportunities or researching labor rates. GovDash reports FedRAMP Moderate equivalent status with a C3PAO audit, protects controlled unclassified information under the applicable DFARS clause, staffs US based personnel only and offers self hosted deployment. Pricing is quote based. Three plans are listed: Starter from one full seat, Growth from eight full seats with dedicated support, and Enterprise for multiple teams with custom requirements. Every plan includes unlimited Flex seats, and seat prices and credit allotments come from sales.
