The vendor states that the AI decides the large majority of flagged content, and the remainder goes to human moderators in a review queue with full context such as the user's flag history and account age. The platform is built for communities, games, social apps and marketplaces that need to remove harmful content such as scams, harassment, personal information in images and attempts to move conversations off platform. Teams write their own moderation rules and custom word lists, and the system learns from the decisions moderators make. A moderation dashboard supports human reviewers, and strikes can be applied to users. Pricing is published in three tiers. Lite starts at $99 per month and covers up to 10,000 items per month, one moderator, 5 custom rules, and limited support. Pro starts at $499 per month and covers up to 100,000 items, three moderators, 15 custom rules, email support and custom AI models. Enterprise is priced on request, with unlimited items and moderators and priority support. A free start option is offered on the Lite tier, and the vendor offers a free 30 minute call to help choose a plan.
