About Lumana
Lumana is an AI video intelligence platform for physical security. It replaces a traditional network video recorder with an AI engine that analyzes camera feeds in real time, detecting events as they happen rather than leaving footage to be reviewed afterward. It works with existing third party cameras as well as its own, and pairs the engine with modern video management software for cameras, users and sites.
It is built for enterprise security teams covering multiple locations. The platform runs a proprietary self learning video model alongside four agents for insight, monitoring, investigation and response. Detection covers faces, people and their attributes, vehicles and their attributes, license plates, occupancy and counting, weapons, fire, falls and fighting, plus perimeter and zone protection and container tracking. System capabilities include unlimited cameras, locations and users, enterprise role management, audit logs, real time health monitoring, recording and storage up to 4K on industrial grade solid state media with RAID and network attached options, cloud backup retained up to 365 days, unlimited cloud archiving of clips, multi camera video walls, and sharing of video by email, text message or link. The vendor describes stream latency as low as 100 milliseconds and bandwidth as low as 100 Kbps.
Pricing is quote based. Lumana publishes no amounts and asks prospects to request pricing or a demonstration. The company describes an annual recurring license whose cost depends on the number of cameras, the days of storage retained and the license term, payable yearly or up front, with every feature included as standard and hardware covered by a lifetime warranty.
