About Make
Make is a visual automation platform for connecting apps, data sources and AI models into scenarios. A scenario is built on a canvas from modules, one per action, with routers, filters, iterators and error handlers, and runs on a schedule or a trigger. It covers more than 3,000 prebuilt apps, and workflows can be built visually, in code or by describing them in a prompt.
It serves marketing, sales, operations, finance, IT and HR teams in companies from startups to enterprises. Recent additions push it toward agentic work: Make AI Agents run tasks across those integrations using Make's own model provider or a customer's LLM key; Maia builds automations and agents through conversation; Make Grid gives a map of an organization's whole automation estate; and the Make MCP Server lets outside AI assistants call Make scenarios as tools.
Billing is by credits. The Free plan includes up to 1,000 credits a month. The paid Make plan starts at $9 per month for 5,000 credits, and a slider scales the same plan up to more than eight million credits a month, with annual billing discounted by 15 percent or more. An enterprise tier is priced on request. Each ordinary action, such as reading a record or posting a message, consumes one credit, while AI features can consume more.
Two renames matter when reading older material: the platform was originally Integromat, and as of August 27 its billing unit changed from operations to credits, so scenario costs quoted in operations are no longer current.
