About Myko
Myko is a voice to CRM app for field sales teams. A rep speaks a quick note after a visit and Myko turns it into structured CRM updates: logging the call, creating contacts, updating opportunity stages, recording orders and quotes, adding next steps and scheduling follow ups. It works with Salesforce, Veeva and Microsoft Dynamics, including custom objects.
The product is built for reps who spend their day on the road and for the sales leaders who depend on accurate CRM data from them. It runs where reps already work, and every proposed change is shown for review before it touches the CRM, so a rep can edit and confirm in seconds. Administrators can set rules in plain language, for example notifying a vice president and creating a task when a large deal closes. Myko states that it is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
Pricing is not published. The site has no pricing page and directs buyers to book a demo, so costs are quoted per team.
Myko was founded by Trevor Lee and Zheng Li, who previously worked together on a machine learning startup called Smart Highlights. Support for Veeva alongside Salesforce and Dynamics makes it relevant to life sciences field teams as well as general B2B sales.
