The platform covers several parts of the workflow. A clinician copilot combines historical data with ambient transcription to support chart review, visit summaries, diagnosis and documentation. Risk adjustment tools recommend HCC codes at the point of care to improve RAF accuracy and audit readiness, including RADV preparation. Quality management surfaces the evidence needed to close care gaps and improve HEDIS results, and analytics track risk adjustment and quality performance over time.
