About NeuBird
NeuBird is an operations agent for production software environments. It watches alerts continuously, investigates the incidents that matter, and returns a root cause with the supporting evidence rather than a dashboard to interpret. The vendor states root cause in under five minutes at 94 percent accuracy. Every proposed action, such as rolling back a deployment, waits for a named engineer to approve it, and each investigation is recorded with its evidence and approver.
It is aimed at platform and site reliability teams running production at scale. The agent presents itself through a web console, a terminal interface, a desktop application with a separate leadership view, and a server that brings it into Claude, Cursor or any other client that speaks the Model Context Protocol. It connects to Slack and Microsoft Teams, maintains a central memory of past investigations that later ones can cite, and stores conclusions and institutional knowledge rather than copies of telemetry. Deployment is available as hosted software or inside a customer's own virtual private cloud.
Pricing is quote based. The published page lists a single Enterprise tier with custom pricing, unlimited users, projects and alerts, chat connections, server access, unlimited historical storage and 24/7 support. Charging is by credit, purchased as needed: the always on triage agent consumes none, the investigation and analyst agents cost one credit per run, the cluster agent two credits per run, and the discovery agent one credit per ten runs. The vendor's own guidance suggests roughly 100 credits a month for 1,000 alerts and about 1,000 credits for 10,000 alerts, with 50,000 alerts moving to custom enterprise pricing.
