Recruit CRM is an applicant tracking system and CRM built for recruitment agencies, combining candidate tracking and client relationship management in one system. It handles the whole agency workflow, from sourcing and parsing resumes to managing job pipelines, client deals and placements, with AI agents taking on the repetitive administration in between. It is aimed at recruitment and executive search agencies, contract staffing firms, freelance recruiters and in house teams. AI features include a resume formatting agent that standardizes candidate documents, an email reply agent, a candidate submission agent, AI sourcing on LinkedIn using filters or natural language, and AI matching of profiles to jobs. Core functions cover Kanban pipelines, resume parsing from PDF and Word files, a Chrome extension for capturing profiles, built in calling with note logging, outreach sequences across LinkedIn, email and SMS, job multiposting to thousands of boards, data enrichment, reporting and analytics, and branded career pages through Recruit Craft. Higher tiers add automated sequencing, resume formatting, custom roles and teams, single sign on, audit logs, IP allow listing and workflow automation, and integrations reach more than a thousand third party tools. Pricing is published per user. Pro costs $95 per user per month billed monthly, Business $135 and Enterprise $215, with annual billing saving up to 20 percent. Optional add ons on yearly billing are priced at $41 per month for workflow automation, $20 per month for job multiposting and $250 per year for data enrichment. A free trial is available.
