About Smartsheet
Smartsheet is a work management platform for projects, portfolios and business processes, built on a familiar grid that also renders as Gantt, timeline, board and calendar views. Teams use it to run intake and approval workflows, track milestones and dependencies, balance workload across people, and report progress to executives from live data rather than from hand assembled status decks.
AI now runs across that structure. It answers questions about project and portfolio state, enriches records in bulk, builds dashboards from a description of the view a leader needs, and connects Smartsheet content to outside AI tools so answers are available wherever a team already works. Around it sit automation for updates, approvals and notifications, cross team resource planning, secure request management and integrations with the other systems a company runs on. The typical buyers are project management offices, IT and digital portfolio leaders, operations groups and client delivery teams at larger organizations.
