Softr is an AI app builder for business operations. Teams use it to assemble client portals, internal dashboards, CRMs, inventory systems and intranets on top of data they already hold, without a developer. Its AI co builder takes a description of the tool you need and generates the database structure, pages, user roles and business logic, which you then adjust in the editor. Data can live in Softr's own databases or come from more than 21 external sources, including Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot, monday.com, ClickUp, Supabase and SQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL. Built in workflow automation connects other tools and runs simple tasks or multi step processes. Granular permissions and custom user groups control which pages, records and actions each user can reach inside the same app, which is what makes it usable for external clients and partners as well as staff. Operations, HR, finance and agency teams are the typical builders. Softr's home page states that anyone can start building for free, and its pricing page lists a free plan followed by tiered paid plans that scale internal and external users, apps and records.
