Wordsmith

Wordsmith is an AI platform for in house legal teams that manages the full lifecycle of a legal request. It captures requests wherever they arrive, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and email, triages each matter by priority and complexity, drafts or reviews the documents involved using the company's own playbooks and connected data, and returns the finished work to the requester while keeping a record for audit. The four stages are branded Receive, Route, Resolve and Record. It is built for legal departments at mid sized and large companies that field a steady stream of contract and advice requests from the business. The capabilities that matter are the multichannel intake, automatic routing, AI drafting and redlining of contracts, workflow automation that learns the team's standards and applies them consistently, and integrations with Salesforce, Ironclad, SharePoint and similar systems of record. Pricing is not published. Wordsmith describes its pricing as flexible and tailored to the team and refers to pro and enterprise plans, but no amounts appear on the site; the path to a price is a 30 minute demo, after which the vendor says teams can be set up immediately.
