Xpress AI is a platform for building a team of persistent AI coworkers that remember a project, use a company's tools and work together on tasks. Instead of a one off chatbot, each coworker keeps an identity, memory, skills, procedures, goals, permissions and durable task state, and can be reached through chat, voice and email. It is aimed at companies that want AI agents embedded in engineering, sales and growth, or customer operations work. Coworkers connect through integrations with Slack or Teams, GitHub, Microsoft, AWS, Confluence and Box, as well as MCP servers, APIs and custom Xircuits components, with capabilities scoped to each workspace. They can be deployed to Slack channels so several teammates can collaborate with them, and the platform includes task management with tracked status, schedules and retries, desktop automation on higher plans, and shared knowledge bases.
