Doogle AI, also listed as Doogle.app by Questmate, was a prompt-driven tool that turned a single request into an actionable Quest such as a form, checklist, workflow or recipe, let you assign it to someone else, and could attach a cash reward, gift card or donation for completing it. As of September 2026 it should be treated as discontinued: the doogle.app domain now serves an unrelated online gaming template page, the app.questmate.com address loads only the Questmate application shell, and Questmate's own website and pricing make no mention of Doogle. Questmate itself continues as an assignable forms and checklists product at $7 per user per month billed yearly or $10 month to month, with Teams from $165 per month billed yearly and Enterprise from $499 per month.
There is no longer a Doogle AI to use. The domain has changed hands, the parent company has dropped the name from its site, and there is no published migration path, so any saved Quests or reward workflows built on it are effectively orphaned. Questmate remains available if what you wanted was assignable checklists and forms with scheduling and automations, but it is a conventional per-user subscription rather than a free prompt-to-task tool.
What people actually used Doogle AI for splits into three needs: generating forms, checklists and workflows from a description; delegating tasks to other people or to an AI agent and tracking completion; and, for some, paying others to complete work. No single product in our database covers all three, so the alternatives below are grouped by which job matters most: AI workspaces that build checklists, apps and agents from a prompt, form builders with built-in AI agents, project tools with AI assistants, and automation or agent platforms that do the task for you.
Built from each tool's listing. Vendors can update their own listing after claiming it.
Best for: People who want the closest match: prompt an AI to build checklists, workflows, apps and agents in one workspace.
Taskade is an AI workspace where teams build and run AI apps, agents and workflows, and it generates structured projects, checklists and documents from a prompt in much the way Doogle turned a request into a Quest. The Free plan includes 6,000 one-time AI credits, 3 apps, up to 2 users, 1 agent and 250 MB of storage; Pro is $10 per month, or $120 per year, with 50,000 credits a month, unlimited apps and agents, up to 10 users and 100 GB of storage; Business is $25 per month, or $300 per year, with 150,000 credits, unlimited users, custom domains, white-label branding, SAML SSO and API access; Max is $100 per month with 400,000 credits and autonomous agents. Extra credit packs start at $5 for 9,000 credits.

Best for: Anyone who used Doogle mainly for forms and wants AI agents that collect the answers conversationally.
Jotform is a form builder whose AI Agents turn forms into conversational assistants that can answer questions and collect submissions across chat, voice and SMS. The Starter plan is free with 5 forms, 100 submissions a month, 5 active AI agents and 100 conversations; Bronze is $39 per month, or $34 per month billed annually, with 25 forms, 1,000 submissions and 25 active agents; Silver is $49 per month, or $39 annually, with 50 forms and 2,500 submissions; Gold is $129 per month, or $99 annually, with 100 forms, 10,000 submissions and 100 active agents; Enterprise is unlimited and custom priced. It covers the form-building half of Doogle better than anything else here, but it does not do checklists or rewards.

Best for: Teams that want checklists, databases and docs generated and maintained by an AI agent inside a shared workspace.
Notion is a workspace for docs, databases and task lists, and its AI can generate documents, autofill databases and, on the Business plan, act as an agent across the workspace. Free and Plus, at $10 per member per month, include trial AI capabilities such as generating docs and autofilling databases; Business is $20 per member per month with full access to Notion Agent, AI Meeting Notes and Enterprise Search; Enterprise is custom with zero data retention at the model providers. Custom agents are free to try and then $10 per 1,000 monthly Notion credits, and annual billing saves up to 20 percent. It replaces Doogle's checklist and assignment side with a far larger product around it.

Best for: Project teams that want assignable tasks, forms and automations with an optional AI assistant per user.
ClickUp is a project management platform with tasks, forms, docs, dashboards and automations, plus an AI layer called Brain sold as an add-on. Free Forever includes unlimited tasks and spaces with 60 MB of storage and trial access to AI; Unlimited is $7 per user per month on annual billing, or $10 monthly, with unlimited forms, storage and integrations; Business is $12 per user annually, or $19 monthly, with advanced dashboards and up to 5,000 automations a month. Brain AI is $9 per user per month annually, or $12 monthly, with an unlimited assistant and 1,500 AI credits, and Everything AI is $28 per user annually, or $35 monthly, with 5,000 credits. Assigning work and tracking completion, which Doogle did with Quests, is ClickUp's core job.

Best for: People who wanted Doogle to actually carry out the task across other apps rather than just describe it.
Zapier connects thousands of apps through Zaps and now sells Agents that use company knowledge to perform work across those apps, which is the closest thing to Doogle's promise of finding a service to fulfill a request. The Free plan includes 100 tasks a month with two-step Zaps; Professional starts at $29.99 per month, or $19.99 billed annually, for 750 tasks with multi-step Zaps, premium apps and webhooks; Team starts at $103.50 per month, or $69 annually, for 2,000 tasks with up to 25 users. Zapier Agents have a free tier and a Pro tier around $33.33 per month on annual billing. Every action step counts as a task, so budget accordingly.
Best for: Teams that want an AI teammate to take delegated work, run routines and ask for approval before acting.
Lindy is an AI teammate that operates in Slack, runs scheduled routines, handles meetings, connects to thousands of tools and includes approvals and computer use, so delegating a task to it is the AI-agent version of assigning a Quest. Plus is $29.99 per user per month with 3,000 credits, Pro is $99.99 per user with 15,000 credits, Max is $199.99 per user with 35,000 credits, and Enterprise adds HIPAA support with a signed BAA, shared usage with bonus credits and audit logs. The vendor describes everyday asks as costing 2 to 250 credits and deep work 250 to 1,000, so simple delegated tasks fit comfortably within the Plus allowance.

Best for: Individuals who just want a checklist, plan or form drafted from a sentence and do not need assignment or tracking.
For the drafting half of what Doogle did, a general assistant is enough: ask ChatGPT for a packing checklist, an onboarding workflow or a set of form questions and paste the result wherever you track work. OpenAI's pricing docs list Free, Go at $8 per month, Plus at $20 per month, Pro from $100 per month with five or twenty times the Plus limits, and Business at $20 per user per month billed annually or $25 monthly. It will not assign the task to a colleague, attach a reward or track completion, which is where Taskade, ClickUp or Notion take over.
Taskade is the nearest replacement, since its Free plan and $10 Pro plan generate checklists, workflows and agents from a prompt. If forms were the point, Jotform's free Starter plan with 5 AI agents is the better start. Teams that need assignment and tracking should look at ClickUp or Notion, and anyone who wanted the task carried out automatically should compare Zapier Agents with Lindy. Questmate itself remains available at $7 per user per month billed yearly if you only need assignable checklists.
