AgentX is a no code platform for building AI chatbots and agents trained on a company's own data. A business uploads documents or points AgentX at its website, configures the agent's behavior, and deploys it to a site with a JavaScript embed that works with Shopify, WordPress, Wix and Squarespace, or to Slack, Discord and WhatsApp Business. The agent answers customer questions around the clock in more than 100 languages and captures lead details in the flow of conversation instead of through a form. It is designed for ecommerce and service businesses that want to cut repetitive support tickets and lift inbound lead capture, and for agencies and developers who build agents for clients. Analytics track conversation volume and quality, and the paid tiers add production deployment, white label deployment and separate client workspaces. Extra credits cost $10 per 1,000 on every paid plan, and plans can be canceled or changed at any time. Pricing is published in two groups. For individual builders, Free costs $0 forever with a one time grant of 200 credits, up to five agents, one workspace and one seat, and Solo Builder is $49 per month or $490 per year with 5,000 credits a month, up to 25 agents and unlimited workspaces. For building on behalf of customers, Professional is $199 per month or $1,490 per year with 10,000 credits a month, 25 agents and two seats, and Business is $299 per month or $2,990 per year with 20,000 credits a month, unlimited agents, two seats and priority support, with additional seats at $10 per month on both. Enterprise is custom priced with unlimited workspaces, agents and seats, SSO, dedicated infrastructure and on premise deployment.
