About Cassidy
Cassidy is an AI agent platform built so that business teams can automate their own processes without waiting on engineering. Staff describe a process in a no code builder and Cassidy turns it into agents that answer questions, draft content and take action, or into workflows that fire on a trigger and run through conditional logic, retries and error handling, human review steps, scheduled runs and bulk execution across large sets of documents.
It is aimed at operations, support, insurance, professional services and similar teams inside organizations that want governance alongside automation. A knowledge base connects documents, policies, CRM records and other internal systems so that agent output stays grounded, cited and permission aware, and a meeting recorder transcribes and summarizes calls so later automations can reference what was said. Cassidy deploys into Microsoft Teams, Slack, Chrome, Word, Excel and Outlook, routes work across models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, and gives administrators single sign on, audit logs, data retention settings, permissions and usage analytics. The vendor states compliance with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA.
Two tiers are published. The Starter plan is free and includes three seats, one workspace, five agents, five workflows, 10,000 AI credits per month, 30,000 pages of storage and a limited allowance of meeting recorder hours. The Business plan carries custom seats, workspaces, credits and storage, premium onboarding and support, and access to all features including the API, webhooks, version history and custom event triggers. Cassidy does not publish a figure for the Business plan; it is arranged through a demo.
