Copy.ai began as an AI copywriting tool and is now a go to market platform for sales, marketing and operations teams. Rather than a chat box that writes copy, it is a system for encoding repeatable processes as AI workflows that pull data from company systems, run multi step automations and push results back out. Its components are Workflows for automating plays and processes, Agents that make decisions within guardrails, Tables as the shared data layer that consolidates sources, Actions as building blocks anyone can assemble, and Chat for one off tasks. Brand Voice and an Infobase keep outputs consistent with company facts and tone. Copy.ai is model agnostic across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and Perplexity, and connects to more than 2,000 tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft and Zapier. There is no free plan. Chat is $29 per month, or $24 per month billed annually, for up to five seats with unlimited chat words and access to the major model providers. The workflow tiers are annual only: Growth is $1,000 per month ($12,000 a year) for 75 seats and 20,000 workflow credits a month; Expansion is $2,000 per month ($24,000 a year) for 150 seats and 45,000 credits; Scale is $3,000 per month ($36,000 a year) for 200 seats and 75,000 credits. Enterprise is custom priced and adds guided implementation, API access, bulk workflow runs and a dedicated support team. The pricing reflects the pivot: the product is sold to teams as automation infrastructure, not to individuals as a writing aid.
