About Document Crunch
Document Crunch is a risk intelligence platform for construction. It reads contracts, specifications and addenda, surfaces the clauses that shift risk, and gives project teams a system for acting on what it finds, from pursuit through to closeout.
CrunchAI is the reading layer, built on construction expertise rather than generic text analysis, so it recognizes how a flow down provision moves risk and where a markup changes meaning, and every answer is cited back to the clause it came from. Project Assist is the agentic layer that turns a finding into work: reviews completed in a few clicks, answers pulled from across a project, and draft submittals, notices and RFIs ready for review. Around both sits a platform that codifies a firm's standards into reusable playbooks and checklists, routes risk to the right person and tracks decisions through every phase. Teams use it to redline and compare contract versions during pursuit, to build division checklists and surface contract and specification inconsistencies before bid day, and to run obligation playbooks during construction, with mobile access on phones and tablets. The vendor states that customer contracts remain the customer's and that the platform is SOC 2 by default with an audit trail.
Document Crunch publishes no pricing. There is no pricing page on the site and no amounts appear in its structured data. The published routes in are a free trial and a demo request, with terms quoted by the sales team.
