Equals

Equals is a spreadsheet and analytics platform for the numbers a company reports on: ARR, pipeline, retention, customer health and forecasts. It syncs data from a CRM and other go to market systems into a Snowflake warehouse that Equals operates, gives analysts a collaborative, auditable spreadsheet to build models on that data, and turns the results into dashboards that stay current as the source data changes. It is built for revenue operations analysts, finance leaders, CFOs and founders at startups and growth stage companies. Connectors pull from Salesforce, HubSpot and similar tools, and higher plans allow direct warehouse access. The BI spreadsheet is the calculation layer, dashboards embed in Notion and other wikis, and Slack push delivers metrics and alerts to channels. An AI agent answers business questions in natural language against the workbooks and dashboards and builds new reports on request. Writeback sends results back to the CRM, and templates cover ARR analysis, pipeline tracking, retention cohorts, sales commission calculators and forecast dashboards. Every plan includes a forward deployed analyst from Equals who helps build and maintain the models. Equals publishes three annual plans, all with unlimited viewers and editors. Essential is $24,000 per year with three connectors, data sync every six hours and $250 per month of included AI spend. Business is $36,000 per year with five connectors or warehouse access, hourly sync, $500 per month of AI spend, writeback and a feature called Infinity. Enterprise is $60,000 per year with unlimited connectors or warehouse access, sync every 15 minutes, $1,000 per month of AI spend and enterprise SSO. AI usage beyond the included amount is billed on usage. There is no monthly or self serve tier, so Equals is priced as a finance and RevOps system rather than as a spreadsheet subscription for individuals.
