EvenUp is an artificial intelligence platform built for personal injury law firms. It spans the full case lifecycle, from intake and treatment tracking through demand drafting and negotiation and on into discovery and trial, so legal teams spend less time assembling paperwork and more time on strategy, client relationships and care coordination. The product is aimed at plaintiff side personal injury practices. AI Drafting produces demands, discovery responses and other case documents in minutes. An AI Assistant gives real time help at each stage of a matter, Communication Agents handle routine client outreach and document chasing, AI Playbooks guide case decisions, and Executive Analytics reports on firm performance. Integrations connect the platform to the case management systems a firm already runs. Alongside the software the company sells PLAAS, a pre litigation as a service offering in which its own specialists handle claim setup, investigation, adjuster assignment and care management, flagging treatment gaps and missed appointments before they cost a case. EvenUp says its models draw on Piai, its personal injury dataset, that the platform is SOC 2 audited and HIPAA attested, and that authoritative legal content from LexisNexis is now built into its Companion product. EvenUp does not publish prices. Every path on the site leads to Schedule a Call, and the plans URL resolves to the company newsroom rather than a rate card, so firms have to go through sales for a quote. The site does offer an ROI calculator that estimates the time and money a firm could save with Communication Agents.
