GPTBots is an enterprise platform for building and deploying AI agents, with a no code builder at its center. Agents are assembled visually from templates, grounded in a company knowledge base and connected to internal systems, so business teams can put one into production without a development, testing and operations cycle behind every change. The platform targets four recurring enterprise jobs. Customer support agents handle inbound issues around the clock in more than 90 languages, with tone and style configurable. Sales development agents qualify prospects, capture leads from WhatsApp, Facebook and Telegram, and sync records back to a CRM. Enterprise search answers staff questions from internal knowledge, APIs and databases with follow up suggestions. Data agents generate SQL from natural language and return analysis against company data. Underneath, the builder offers drag and drop workflows, contextual memory across conversations, per user attributes, a choice of underlying models including commercial and open weight options, and deployment to a website, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord or an embedded frame. Conversation logs feed one click retraining. The vendor also sells implementation as a service, covering system integration, staff training and ongoing optimization. No prices are published.
