IllumiChat

IllumiDesk's web address now presents a product called IllumiChat, an AI customer support agent built for Shopify stores. It answers shoppers on the store's website and across messaging channels, drawing on live store data rather than generic scripts. The agent can search products, look up and track orders, update carts and read customer profiles through the Shopify connection. Channels include a website chat widget, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, email and SMS, managed from one inbox. Merchants train it on FAQs, return policies and brand guidelines, and can sync a store catalog, crawl a website or connect Google Drive and Notion as knowledge sources. The underlying model can be chosen from Claude, GPT, Gemini or Grok. Complex cases can become tickets with SLA tracking or be handed to a human agent, and results can flow to tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira and GitHub. It is aimed at ecommerce merchants who want to reduce repetitive questions like where an order is, without per ticket fees. Pricing is credit based. The Free plan costs $0 for 100 credits per month with one user and one custom assistant. Pro, labeled early access, costs $29 per month for 2,000 credits, three team members, three assistants, custom branding and API access, with a yearly option advertised at 20 percent off. The Scale plan has custom pricing through sales.
