About Panda Chat
PandaChat automates customer support for mid market ecommerce companies. Rather than a self serve chatbot, the vendor builds what it calls a digital twin of a store's support operation on its own framework, runs it alongside the customer's team and improves it every week. The company is based in Slovenia and serves the Adria and DACH regions, with answers in the customer's language and brand voice.
The twin connects to the store's existing systems, including Shopify, Magento, Shopware, WooCommerce, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 and carriers such as DHL, GLS and DPD. Before replying, specialist components check the order, the carrier status, the refund policy and the language, and a supervisor step verifies the facts. A control room shows live conversations, an anomaly watcher can freeze a suspicious action such as a refund that does not match an order until a person approves it, and a morning briefing sent through WhatsApp, Viber, Slack or email summarizes the previous day and flags issues such as a slow courier. Cases that need a person are routed to the team with full context.
Pricing is published and capped, with no per ticket billing. Setup, called Map and Build, costs 25,000 to 35,000 euros one time over four to eight weeks, with simpler stacks from 12,000 euros and complex multi market operations at 40,000 euros or more. Run and Improve costs 4,500 to 6,000 euros per month under a contractual cap, from 2,500 euros for narrow scopes and up to 10,000 euros for large operations.
