About Paxton AI
Paxton is an AI workspace for litigation teams that brings case files and legal research into one place. It surfaces key facts from a matter record, researches authority against the matter's own facts, procedural posture and jurisdiction, and produces drafts grounded in sources you can verify, with citations marked as coming from research or from the record.
It is built for attorneys and litigation groups. Capabilities include drafting motions, briefs, discovery responses and deposition outlines, analysis that finds facts, gaps and contradictions across large case files, and integrated legal research across US federal regulations, state laws and case law in all 50 states. It connects to document management systems, Claude, Microsoft Word and Outlook, and the vendor lists SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA certification. Medical chronologies and billing summaries are also included.
Published pricing for the Individual plan is $499 per user per month, or $2,999 per user per year, described as a 50 percent saving over monthly billing. A seven day free trial is offered. The Enterprise plan adds firm wide access, onboarding, shared document sets and an account manager, and is priced by custom volume based quotes.
