PharmaTrace

PharmaTrace is a pharmaceutical serialization and track and trace platform. It assigns GS1 compliant unique identifiers at unit, case and pallet level, or connects to serialization a company already runs, then writes every movement, handoff and status change to a shared, tamper evident distributed ledger built on Hyperledger Fabric and Hedera. Authenticity can be verified at any point in the chain, exceptions resolved, and audit ready reports produced on demand. It is built for manufacturers and contract manufacturers who need to serialize at source and exchange data with every downstream partner, wholesalers and distributors who verify on receipt and clear saleable returns, third party logistics providers, and pharmacies that want a single scan to show a product's full journey. Workflows are designed around DSCSA in the United States and EU FMD in Europe. The platform is modular, so it can run alongside an ERP and line level systems or fill gaps on a standalone basis. AI agents investigate exceptions, validate partner data, prepare compliance evidence, analyze recall impact and flag suspicious supply chain behavior; they read the record and add findings but cannot edit it, and every regulated action requires a person to approve it. Personal data is kept off chain so erasure requests do not conflict with the immutable event ledger, and records can be exported in standard formats. Pricing is not published. It scales with modules and volume, and the vendor scopes it during an initial 30 minute demo mapped to the customer's products and data flows.
