Sidekick

Sidekick is an AI assisted scheduling tool that books meetings by email and through shareable scheduling pages. It connects to Google, Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendars and creates calendar events, sends invites and sends reminders automatically. It is aimed at individuals and small teams who book meetings with clients or partners. There are three ways to schedule. Forward to Schedule lets a user forward an email to Sidekick, which then handles finding a time. Scheduling Pages give people a link showing available times, with team pages for booking across several colleagues. Sidekick Scheduling finds a mutually good time with other Sidekick users and can also work with people who do not use it. Meetings can be set up on Google Meet, Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams. The free plan includes one connected source, three scheduling pages, unlimited scheduled meetings, unlimited groups and contacts, and the ability to add a logo. The Superhero plan costs $5 per month and adds unlimited sources and calendars, removal of Sidekick branding, Forward to Schedule AI scheduling, meeting stats, unlimited scheduling pages and team pages. A Business plan was announced in beta in 2022 and is available by inquiry, with no price published. The vendor states that it does not offer full white labeling.
