Skipit.ai

Skipit is an AI summarizer and chat tool for YouTube videos. A user supplies a video and receives a summary of its key points, then can ask questions and get answers drawn from the video without watching it through. It handles videos up to 12 hours long, which makes it practical for lectures, tutorials, long interviews and vlogs. Chats and videos are saved, so users can return to earlier sessions. The product is aimed at students, professionals and creators who research or learn from YouTube content and want answers faster than watching allows. Paid plans advertise unlimited messages and chats, a prompt library, saved chat history and no rate limits, running on what the vendor calls its latest AI model. Pricing is shown in two options. The monthly plan costs $12.99 per month. The yearly plan is shown as $7.99 per month billed annually, with $99 displayed as the annual price. Both list the same features: 12 hour video length, unlimited chats, unlimited messages, a prompt library and saved chat history. The site also links to a blog, a privacy policy and terms of service.
