About Summify
Summify is a knowledge layer that collects the sources a person actually trusts and makes them available to whichever AI assistant they use. Videos, podcasts, PDFs, documents, articles and voice notes are added to the service, which transcribes audio and video and indexes every word so answers come back with citations. Sources are grouped into pods, each a scoped library for a client, a deal or a topic, and a pod can be connected to an outside assistant in one step.
The product serves consultants, researchers, analysts, students and anyone whose work depends on an assistant being right about specific material rather than the open internet. A pod connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and any MCP compatible client, and Summify also has its own chat across pods. Every source gets a readable output of its own: a full searchable transcript for audio and video, eleven summary styles including general, deep dive, question and answer, academic, blog and action list, and for deep dives, timestamped key insights that jump to the moment in the recording. Exports cover PDF, text and markdown, sharing and collaboration are included, and the service handles more than 130 languages.
Pricing has three plans with a monthly or yearly toggle, where yearly saves 20 percent. On yearly billing, Starter is $8 per month at $100 billed yearly, with 800 transcription minutes a month and 5 pods. Pro is $16 per month at $200 billed yearly, with 1,800 minutes, 20 pods and 100 outside assistant connections a day. Max is $33 per month at $400 billed yearly, with 8,000 minutes, unlimited pods and 300 connections a day. A free start requires no card.
