About Triomics
Triomics is an AI platform for oncology that turns unstructured electronic health records into structured, cited patient data that care and research teams can act on. Its agents read across the whole record, including HL7, FHIR and CCDA feeds as well as PDF, TIFF and JPEG documents, and produce a patient view with a source citation on every output that a clinician can click back to.
It is built for cancer centers and oncology practices, integrating with Epic and other EMRs. Three workflows are supported. Patient trial matching screens patients against active trials with cited evidence for each criterion. Visit preparation generates patient summaries and draft notes before the appointment. Cancer registry curation produces registry ready abstractions across NAACCR, SEER, Commission on Cancer and QOPI measures. Triomics reports 70 percent faster chart review, 95 percent published accuracy and a 30 percent lift in trial accruals from its deployments, and runs the analysis on OncoLLM, its own large language model for oncology.
Pricing is not published. There is no pricing page, and engagement begins with a demo request, so terms are quote based.
The product is specific to oncology rather than a general clinical abstraction tool, and its value rests on the citation model: every structured field traces to the passage in the record that supports it.
