Even non-technical team members can use 2-b.ai to pull insights. That alone makes it incredibly valuable for our org. The focus on turn web text into clear, actionable tasks is what drew me to 2-b.ai in the first place.
2-b.ai is one of those tools that looks great in demos but falls apart in real use. The core concept is fine but the execution needs a lot of work.
