About Bible AI
Bible AI is a Bible study platform built around natural language search. A reader asks a question in ordinary words and gets an answer grounded in Scripture with verse citations and links back to the sources, rather than a keyword match against a concordance. Around that search sit a Bible reader, customizable study plans, and tools for notes, bookmarks and highlights.
It is built for individual readers, churches and ministries. Search results and study material draw on licensed content from publishers and ministries including Crossway, Ligonier, Desiring God, The Gospel Coalition, Grace to You, 9Marks and Thirdmill Ministries, alongside a large Portuguese language catalog and material in Turkish and Persian. Accessibility is a stated design priority, covering screen reader support, captions, keyboard navigation, typography suited to dyslexic readers and localization, and recent updates have improved right to left reading and added further interface languages. Users can download their notes and bookmarks and keep them, and mobile apps are available.
No pricing is published and the site carries no pricing page. The platform is presented as free to use. The organization behind it, the Bible AI Foundation, describes itself as a charity working for public benefit and takes support through a donations page rather than through subscriptions.
The foundation reports roughly a decade of research and development behind the current platform, having started by building simple software for local churches before moving to natural language Bible search.
