Civils.ai produces quantity takeoffs and discrepancy checks from construction drawings. A user uploads PDF drawings, types the scope in plain language, and the system measures areas, lengths, volumes and counts across groundworks, landscaping, utilities, concrete and similar packages. Results are editable and export as an Excel file or an annotated PDF. A second function reviews drawings and documents automatically and flags issues by severity from critical through low risk. It is built for civil contractors, groundworks subcontractors and consulting engineers who currently measure by hand. The checking tool cross references drawing sheets against each other, for example civil against landscape or architectural against structural, and the checks themselves can be tuned and saved as reusable templates. The vendor reports takeoff output is verified through rounds of semi automated quality assurance, states accuracy above 97 percent, and confirms customer documents are isolated per account and not used to train models. Pricing is published in US dollars and billed monthly. Starter is US$90 per month for a single user and includes 10 takeoffs a month, unlimited AI searches and checks, 2 GB of project storage and email support. Professional is US$270 per month for a single user and adds 30 takeoffs a month, 50 GB of storage, revision requests from comments, standards learning and priority support. Enterprise is custom priced with volume discounts and annual contracts, adding a custom takeoff allowance, API and Model Context Protocol integrations, single sign on, and a custom data processing agreement. Takeoffs are counted per drawing sheet and scaled by the sheet's drawing scale, so a single large scale sheet can consume up to five takeoffs from the monthly allowance.
