About Cleric
Cleric is an AI agent platform for site reliability and production operations. It follows every code change after merge, checks its effect under real production traffic, investigates failures, proposes a fix and then verifies that the system has recovered. It was named a Gartner Cool Vendor in AI for SRE and Observability.
Its main jobs are change verification and on call work. For each deployment, Cleric records the expectations of the change and watches metrics such as latency for regressions. When it finds one, it traces the cause, opens a fix pull request for human approval and confirms recovery after deployment. On call, it takes the pager, triages alerts, dismisses false positives and diagnoses confirmed incidents. It works in Slack and a web app, connects to a team's integrations including MCP, and builds operational memory and an investigation history. Higher plans add scheduled agents and monitors, a connector for private resources, SAML and OIDC single sign on, and an audit log.
It is built for engineering and platform teams who deploy often and want regressions caught before customers notice.
Pricing is based on credits for completed work. A free trial offers 500 evaluation credits with no time limit. Team costs $700 per month with 1,400 credits, Pro costs $1,500 per month with 3,000 credits, and Scale costs $3,000 per month with 6,000 credits. Enterprise is custom with an annual credit pool. Extra credits cost $0.50 each on monthly plans, and all plans include unlimited users and integrations.
