Cursor

Cursor is an AI code editor and coding agent for building software. It presents an autonomy slider: developers can ask for targeted edits with Tab completions and inline changes, or hand a task to the Agent and let it plan, write, run and test the code while they concentrate on decisions. Cloud agents run on their own machines, build and demo features end to end, and can work in parallel on long tasks for hours or days. It is aimed at professional developers and engineering teams. Beyond the desktop editor, Cursor runs in the terminal, collaborates in Slack and reviews pull requests in GitHub through Bugbot, its agentic code reviewer. Developers can choose between models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and Cursor's own Composer models for each task, and extend the agent with MCP servers, skills and hooks. Team plans add a marketplace for internal rules, skills and plugins, shared team context for cloud agents and automations, usage analytics, a team wide privacy mode and SAML or OIDC single sign on. Enterprise adds pooled usage, SCIM seat management, repository, model and MCP access controls, audit logs, service accounts and an AI code tracking API. Pricing is published as four plans. Hobby is free, needs no credit card, and includes limited Agent requests and access to Composer. Individual starts at $20 per month, with Pro, Pro+ and Ultra usage tiers, and adds extended Agent limits, access to frontier models, cloud agents and Bugbot on usage based billing. Teams is $40 per user per month. Enterprise is custom priced. Once a plan's included amount is consumed, on demand usage continues at usage based rates billed in arrears.
